What happens when I reach the subscriber limit on my plan?
You will only be able to send marketing campaigns to the maximum number of subscribers allowed in your plan. For example, if your plan allows up to 100 contacts and your subscriber list grows to 110, you can still only send SMS or email campaigns to 100 contacts. The remaining 10 subscribers will not receive the campaigns until they fit within your contact limit.

What happens if a subscriber opts out?
Once you are on an active plan, If any of your subscribers opt out of receiving messages, the system will automatically replace them with new subscribers from your list, ensuring you always reach the contact cap of 50 or 100, depending on your plan.
